He received his BSN from AL- albite university in 2006. he worked in nursing early in his career when he worked at the Ministry Of Health in the emergency department and intensive care unit.
Mr. Shkoor received his Master Degree in Clinical Nursing (Critical Care Nursing) from the University of Jordan in 2011. Since earning his MSN, he has provided students with clinical-based learning and simulation in the areas of Emergency, Intensive Care, Pediatrics, Medical-Surgical Nursing, and disaster as well as a lecturer at Al-Hussien Bin Talal University. he believes in a student-focused learning environment with an inclusive formative and summative evaluation process.
In 2014, Hakem joined Clinical Skills and Simulation Center at King Saud University as a Clinical Instructor teaching life support courses (BLS, ACLS, PALS) as Training Center Faculty and NRP instructor in the simulation lab setting, as well as in the classroom.
During this time, he also provided support in establishing and achieving simulation-based education that aligns with strategic organizational goals. This includes technical support for all simulation operations of patient simulators (software and hardware), task trainers, and related multimedia peripherals as well as software programming of scenarios.
